The Legend Chiang Rai is located on the Mae Kok River, secluded from the city, within a walking distance from the city centre. The immediate environment is relatively undeveloped providing a tranquil and natural location ideal for a river resort and spa. The property gives a panoramic view of the nearby hills and mountains. Accommodations

Single storey buildings of contemporary Lanna style architecture, with two units respectively with stunning views of the Kok river. Each studio has a living area of 46 square metres consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom, open-sala living area and a tropical semi out-door bathroom. The bedrooms are fitted with either king or twin beds and a daybed which converts into an extra bed.

The 80-seated River side Terrace features both Western and Thai cuisine. A welcome change from the local fare served throughout the tours around the North and also an opportunity to savor refined Thai cuisine. The design and atmosphere is casual yet carries an undisputed Lana elegance. A place where one can enjoy the making of fine food by expert chefs right in front of patrons' eyes. The splendid view of the Kok river is a main highlight of the restaurant. Decoration is discrete and distinctively Lanna with the surrounding nature taken in to account. The main menu consists of a range of grilled items prepared in the show kitchen. The cooking style incorporates both Western and Thai cuisine applying a contemporary and creative presentation. Situated right at the river front with uninterrupted view over the Kok river, the pool villas feature a bedroom connecting to an extensive outdoor living area, private swimming pool (11 square metres with jacuzzi) and a tropical garden with a total living space of 80 square metres (excluding swimming pool).
