Bailann Resort Opens.
The Bt320 million Bailann Resort Princess Ko Chang of Thailand plans to open its first-phase doors in February 2007, with the grand opening slated for April, when the hotel will be fully operational. The resort is now around 80 percent complered and ready to welcome guests. Royal Princess Hotel and resort's group director of sales and marketing, Jurairat Poonsin said that the market mix will be Thai and European customers, including families, honeymooners and corporate meetings.
The 96 room Bailann Resort Princess Ko Chang of Thailand is comprised of individual villas and clusters of three storey buildings, with 20 studio rooms, 10 studio rooms, 20 pool villas, two seaview villas, 42 seaview deluxe rooms and two honeymoon suites. Rates range from Bt5,500 to 14,000.
